What exactly does the 1-year warranty cover?
Every used machine we sell is covered for 12 months from delivery. The warranty includes parts and labor on covered components, with a written service commitment agreed before shipment. Do you test equipment before shipping?

Yes. On-site and remote support are available worldwide. Our engineers handle installation and commissioning, and we offer operator and maintenance training tailored to the machine and your team's needs.
