Advantest MT100

The Advantest MT100 belongs to the MT series of power semiconductor test platforms, specifically designed for static and dynamic parameter testing of IGBTs, MOSFETs, diodes, and wide-bandgap devices such as SiC and GaN. It is not a single, independent model, but rather a series of configurations differentiated by test range.

This series covers the entire production process, from wafer testing and bare die testing to substrate and package module testing, and is compatible with international standards such as IEC and JEDEC. Its flagship configuration supports static voltage testing up to 10kV and dynamic current testing up to 18kA, meeting the needs of industrial, automotive, new energy, and power grid sectors.
