Advantest MT200

The Advantest MT200 is a high-end configuration in the MT series of power semiconductor test platforms, specifically designed for static and dynamic parameter testing of devices such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC, and GaN. It is not a single, fixed model, but rather includes multiple derivative configurations such as MT200S, MT200D, and MT200S-HP to cover different voltage and current ranges and application scenarios.

This series supports up to 10kV/9000A (MT200S-HP) in static testing and features multi-station parallel testing capabilities (e.g., the MT200S provides 16 power points and 26 gate points), suitable for mass production testing needs from the wafer level to the module level. Its modular design allows for flexible configuration of static, dynamic, or both testing capabilities on the same platform, serving electric vehicle, new energy, and industrial power device production lines.
