Advantest EVA100

The Advantest EVA100 is a compact measurement system for low-pin-count analog/mixed-signal and digital ICs, providing a unified platform from design evaluation to mass production testing. Its core advantages lie in its extremely simple operation and high integration: a drag-and-drop GUI and sequence editor allow users to build test flows without programming languages and automatically generate reports. The system integrates voltage and current sources, arbitrary waveform generators, digitizers, and signal capture functions into a compact chassis, supporting I2C, SPI, and JTAG protocols. The platform is available in an engineering model (E-Model) and a production model (P-Model), the latter supporting up to four test units for parallel testing, ensuring seamless data correlation from R&D to mass production.
