Advantest T6391

The Advantest T6391 is a test system specifically designed for display driver ICs (DDICs), and is the latest model in the T6300 series, positioned as a mainstream platform for testing high-resolution LCD/OLED driver ICs.

Its core advantage lies in the combination of high parallel throughput and advanced testing capabilities. The system supports up to 3,584 LCD channels, enabling efficient multi-site testing to meet the demands of large-scale mass production. It continues the TDL programming environment of the T6300 series, protecting existing customer engineering assets, while adding a microvolt-level high-precision grayscale testing mode and supporting high-speed interfaces such as MIPI, P2P, and eDP (digital I/O rates up to 1.6Gbps). The LCD HP module, launched in 2022, further improves measurement accuracy by 5 times and supports ±40V high-voltage testing to meet the stringent requirements of high-end smartphones, AR/VR, and automotive DDICs.
