K&S ConnX LIT

The K&S ConnX LIT is a fully automatic wire bonder from the Kulicke & Soffa (K&S) ConnX series, specifically optimized for LED packaging—with "LIT" standing for "LED Integrated Technology." It inherits the core strengths of the ConnX platform, featuring a wire bonding accuracy of ±3.0 μm, a high-speed XYZ motion control system, and high-precision digital vision alignment. It supports a variety of wire materials, including gold, copper, and palladium-coated copper. Equipped with "Quick Suite" for process optimization and "Opto-Scan" for monitoring wire bonding consistency, the system ensures stable quality in mass production and is primarily designed to meet the high-efficiency wire bonding requirements of LED packaging production lines.
