OE Wire Bonder M360C

The OE Wire Bonder M360C is a heavy-gauge aluminum wire wedge bonder from the Model 360 series, originally manufactured by Orthodyne (later acquired by K&S). Designed for high-volume production, it accommodates aluminum or copper wires ranging from 125 to 650 microns in diameter. Its computer-controlled, four-axis bonding head offers a positioning accuracy of 1 micron, and the system is compatible with power modules, lead frames, and hybrid substrates. The unit achieves a bonding speed of approximately 70 bonds per minute—a 25% improvement over its predecessor—all within a compact footprint (60 × 105 × 182 cm).
